Contests That Keep A Crowd Moving.
Your host runs the format so the line never stalls. Long drive and closest-to-the-pin move guests through quickly, live leaderboards keep people watching between turns, and team brackets work well for offsites. A single bay comfortably rotates 40–60 guests over an evening, and up to 200 with multiple bays.
Branded options are available: a custom welcome screen and one custom banner on the enclosure are included with The Tour and The Clubhouse packages. Send artwork at least two weeks ahead so the banner is ready on event day.
We load in at offices, hotels, conference space and warehouse floors across the metroplex — downtown Dallas and Fort Worth, the corporate corridors in Frisco, Plano and Las Colinas, and the office parks around Southlake, Grapevine and Denton. What Planners Need To Know.
- Venue requirements
- About 12 ft wide, 12 ft deep and 10 ft of ceiling height per bay, plus one standard 110V outlet within 50 feet. Ballrooms, lobbies, warehouses, patios and parking areas all work.
- Setup window
- Crew arrives about 90 minutes before start; build takes roughly 45 minutes and teardown about 30. Setup and teardown never count against your booked hours.
- Staffing
- A trained host stays for the entire event to run the bay, the contest format and the leaderboard.
- Booking and payment
- A 25% deposit holds your date; the balance is due on event day. Additional hours can be added, and travel beyond 30 miles of Argyle is a flat tier.
