The Weekender is $499 for 2 hours on limited dates, The Social is $599 for 2 hours, The Signature is $799 for 3 hours, The Tour is $999 for 4 hours, and The Clubhouse is $1,399 for a fully branded 6-hour experience. Additional hours are $200 each. Travel is included within 30 miles of Argyle, with flat tiers beyond that.

Yes — delivery, setup and teardown are part of every package and are never counted against your booked hours. You don't need to own or move any equipment; we haul it in, build the bay, calibrate it and pack it out.

Yes. A trained Social Caddy host stays for the entire event to run the bay, manage the rotation, set up contests and keep the leaderboard going so you can host your guests instead of the technology.

Guests can play 2,500+ championship courses, plus contest modes like long drive, closest-to-the-pin, team competitions and custom challenges.

Right- and left-handed club sets, balls and tees come with us, so guests bring nothing. Beginners and kids play alongside experienced golfers — your host adjusts the format and tees so everyone gets a good swing, and contest modes keep it fun regardless of skill level.

Yes. Long drive and closest-to-the-pin are our two most requested formats because they move a crowd quickly, and we can also run team brackets or a custom challenge built around your event.

About 12 feet wide, 12 feet deep and 10 feet of ceiling height for a single bay. Ballrooms, warehouses, driveways, patios and flat lawns all work. If you're unsure, send a photo of the space and we'll confirm before you book.

Our crew arrives about 90 minutes before your start time and needs roughly 45 minutes to build the bay, calibrate the launch monitor and tune the screen. Teardown after the event takes about 30 minutes. Setup and teardown are never counted against your booked hours.

Travel is included within 30 miles of Argyle, then $75 (31–45 mi), $125 (46–60 mi), $200 (61–75 mi), and a custom quote beyond 75 miles.

Yes — we set up outdoors regularly. We need a flat surface and access to standard power. For outdoor events we ask for a covered area or an indoor backup plan; if weather makes play unsafe we'll reschedule at no charge.

One standard 110V outlet within 50 feet is all we need, and we bring our own cabling. No internet required — everything runs locally. Generator power can be arranged for remote sites.

A single bay comfortably rotates 40–60 guests over an evening, and up to 200 with multiple bays and a host-run rotation. Closest-to-pin and longest-drive contests keep large groups moving quickly.

Yes. The Tour includes a custom branded welcome screen, and The Clubhouse adds company logo and branding throughout, including one custom banner to hang from the enclosure. Make sure to send all graphics and logos at least two weeks ahead of booking to ensure custom banner will be ready for the day of your event!

Yes — corporate events and weddings are two of our most common bookings. For companies we can add a custom branded welcome screen and a banner on the enclosure; for weddings we set up away from the dance floor and run the bay start to finish.

We're based in Argyle, Texas and serve the entire Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding North Texas — Dallas, Fort Worth, Denton, Flower Mound, Southlake, Grapevine, Keller, Frisco, Prosper, Plano and more. Travel is included within 30 miles of Argyle, then $75 (31–45 mi), $125 (46–60 mi), $200 (61–75 mi), and a custom quote beyond 75 miles.

Availability is live on the booking page, so if a date and start time are open you can hold them right then with a 25% deposit. Weekend and holiday dates go first, so book as soon as your date is set. If you want a custom branded banner, send artwork at least two weeks ahead.

Reschedule free of charge up to 14 days before your event and we'll move your deposit to the new date. Inside 14 days the deposit is non-refundable, but we'll always try to find a workable new date first.
