Social Caddy Co. delivers a premium mobile golf simulator rental to your venue, office, backyard or event space anywhere in Dallas–Fort Worth. We haul it in, build the bay, host every swing and pack it out — you never have to own equipment or drive to a golf course.
What's Included.

What We Need On Site.
Most people are surprised how little it takes. Here are the real requirements for a single simulator bay.
Space
About 12 ft wide, 12 ft deep and 10 ft of ceiling height for a single bay. Ballrooms, warehouses, driveways, patios and flat lawns all work. Send a photo if you're unsure and we'll confirm before you book.
Power
One standard 110V outlet within 50 feet. We bring our own cabling, and generator power can be arranged for remote sites.
Internet
None required. Everything runs locally on our equipment.
Setup time
We arrive roughly 90 minutes early and need about 45 minutes to build the bay, calibrate the launch monitor and tune the screen. Teardown takes about 30 minutes.
Indoors or outdoors
Both. Outdoors we ask for a flat surface plus a covered area or an indoor backup plan; if weather makes play unsafe we reschedule at no charge.
Guest capacity
A single bay comfortably rotates 40–60 guests over an evening, and up to 200 with multiple bays and a host-run rotation.

Hold your date
A 25% deposit reserves the slot. The balance is due on the day of your event.

We deliver and build
Our crew arrives about 90 minutes early, sets the bay and calibrates everything.

We host, then pack out
A host runs contests and rotations all night, then teardown takes about 30 minutes.

Guests can play a full round on one of 2,500+ championship courses, or your host can run long drive, closest-to-the-pin, team competitions and custom challenges with live scoring so a crowd keeps moving. Beginners hit alongside low handicaps — see the golf experiences and contest formats we run.

We're based in Argyle, Texas and travel throughout Dallas–Fort Worth and North Texas. Travel inside 30 miles of our home base is included; beyond that it's a flat tier.
